I want to get six top veneers. How many hours should i expect to be in the dentist chair?

I am a dentist and six upper veneers should take about an hour or less to prep and then you should be out the door within 2 hours. However it depends on the speed and skill of the dentist. Some dentists do take longer than others. If they are lumineers then no prep needed just cementation. If regular veneers then you will wear temp veneers for 3-4 weeks and then come back to have the permanent ones cemented.
Reply:Depends on your teeth and if the dentist is having to do fix other teeth that are bad. Usually takes a couple of hours. It is what it is, just be patient because it will look wonderful after it's all done.
