Veneers-speech impairment?

i'm thinking about getting veneers. my question is, do they affect your speech? since they fill in gaps and often elongate teeth, i was thinking they might?





also how long do they typically take to complete from initial consultation to completion?

It generally takes 2-3 weeks. As for your speech, I found they effect it initially for a short time. Much like braces do, it only effects your speech until your mouth becomes used to them. However, they are most definately worth it.
